제1조 (목적) Article 1 (Purpose)
본 약관은 TAERIJAY(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 taerijay.com(이하 "서비스")의 이용조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using taerijay.com (the "Service") operated by TAERIJAY (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
제2조 (서비스의 내용) Article 2 (Description of Service)
서비스는 한국 여행·라이프스타일 관련 정보를 채널 단위(taerijay+protocol, taerijay+mini, taerijay+red, taerijay+green, taerijay+mart+convenience 등)로 제공하는 유료·무료 정보 구독형 웹서비스입니다. 회사는 채널의 구성, 콘텐츠, 요금제를 사전 고지 후 변경할 수 있습니다.
The Service is a subscription-based web service that provides Korea travel and lifestyle information organized into channels (e.g. taerijay+protocol, taerijay+mini, taerijay+red, taerijay+green, taerijay+mart+convenience), including both free and paid content. The Company may change channel composition, content, or pricing plans after providing advance notice.
제3조 (이용계약의 성립) Article 3 (Formation of the Agreement)
이용계약은 이용자가 구글 계정으로 로그인하고 본 약관에 동의함으로써 성립합니다. 유료 채널은 결제 완료 시점부터 이용권이 부여됩니다.
This agreement is formed when a user logs in with a Google account and agrees to these Terms. Access to paid channels is granted from the moment payment is completed.
제4조 (이용요금 및 결제) Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
유료 서비스의 결제는 Paddle(Paddle.com Market Ltd.)을 통해 처리되며, Paddle은 Merchant of Record로서 결제 및 세금 처리를 대행합니다. 요금제 및 가격은 /pricing 페이지에 고지된 내용을 따릅니다.
Payments for paid services are processed through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd.), which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment processing and applicable taxes. Pricing plans and rates follow those published on the /pricing page.
제5조 (이용자의 의무) Article 5 (User Obligations)
이용자는 타인의 계정을 도용하거나 이용권을 무단으로 공유·양도할 수 없으며, 관련 법령 및 본 약관을 준수해야 합니다. 요금제별로 허용된 디바이스 수·동시접속 수를 초과하는 이용은 제한될 수 있습니다.
Users may not misuse another person's account or share or transfer access rights without authorization, and must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. Use that exceeds the device count or concurrent-session limits allowed under a given plan may be restricted.
제6조 (서비스의 중단) Article 6 (Service Interruption)
회사는 시스템 점검, 장애, 불가항력적 사유로 서비스 제공을 일시 중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전 또는 사후에 공지합니다.
The Company may temporarily suspend the Service due to system maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure, and will provide notice before or after such suspension as circumstances allow.
제7조 (면책조항) Article 7 (Disclaimer)
회사는 서비스 내 제공되는 정보(매장 정보, 주소, 영업시간, 가격 등)의 정확성을 위해 노력하나, 현지 사정에 따라 실제와 다를 수 있으며 이에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이용자는 실제 방문 전 최신 정보를 별도로 확인할 것을 권장합니다. 서비스에 포함된 일부 콘텐츠는 AI 도구를 활용해 초안이 생성된 후 검증을 거치는 절차 중에 있을 수 있으며, 검증 완료 전 정보는 오류를 포함할 수 있습니다.
The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information provided in the Service (such as store details, addresses, business hours, and prices), but such information may differ from actual conditions due to local changes, and the Company is not liable for such discrepancies. Users are encouraged to verify current information independently before visiting any location. Some content in the Service may be drafted with the assistance of AI tools and is undergoing a verification process; information that has not yet completed verification may contain errors.
제8조 (지식재산권) Article 8 (Intellectual Property)
서비스에 게시된 모든 콘텐츠(텍스트, 이미지, 편집 구성, 데이터베이스 등)에 대한 저작권 및 지식재산권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 이용자는 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 콘텐츠를 복제, 배포, 전송, 출판, 크롤링(자동화된 수집을 포함), 2차적 저작물 작성, 상업적 이용을 할 수 없습니다. 이를 위반한 경우 회사는 이용계약 해지, 손해배상 청구 등 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
All content published on the Service (including text, images, editorial arrangement, and databases) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights held by the Company or the rightful owner. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, crawl (including automated data collection), create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without the Company's prior written consent. Violations may result in termination of the user's agreement, claims for damages, or other necessary action by the Company.
제9조 (이용정지 및 계약해지) Article 9 (Suspension and Termination)
이용자가 제5조 또는 제8조를 포함한 본 약관을 위반한 경우, 회사는 사전 통지 후(단, 긴급하거나 중대한 위반의 경우 사후 통지 가능) 경고, 일부 기능 제한, 이용정지, 계약해지 등의 조치를 단계적으로 취할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 조치에 대해 official@taerijay.com으로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다. 회사의 귀책 없는 사유로 계약이 해지되는 경우, 잔여 이용기간에 대한 환불 여부는 환불정책을 따릅니다.
If a user violates these Terms, including Article 5 or Article 8, the Company may take graduated measures — such as a warning, partial feature restriction, suspension, or termination — after providing advance notice (or, in urgent or serious cases, notice may follow the action). Users may raise objections to such measures at official@taerijay.com. Where an agreement is terminated for reasons not attributable to the Company, any refund for the remaining subscription period is governed by the Refund Policy.
제10조 (미성년자의 이용) Article 10 (Use by Minors)
만 19세 미만 미성년자가 서비스를 이용하는 경우, 법정대리인의 동의를 얻어야 하며, 법정대리인의 동의 없이 이루어진 유료 결제는 관련 법령에 따라 미성년자 본인 또는 법정대리인이 취소할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
Users under the age of 19 must obtain consent from a legal guardian to use the Service. Paid transactions made without such consent may be cancelled by the minor or their legal guardian in accordance with applicable law. The handling of personal information for children under 14 is governed by the Privacy Policy.
제11조 (손해배상) Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)
회사는 고의 또는 중과실로 이용자에게 손해를 끼친 경우를 제외하고, 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 손해에 대해 이용자가 해당 채널에 지급한 이용료를 한도로 배상 책임을 집니다. 회사는 이용자의 간접손해, 특별손해, 결과적 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
Except where damage results from the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Company's liability for damages arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount the user paid for the relevant channel. The Company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
제12조 (준거법 및 관할) Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 규율되며, 국내 이용자와의 분쟁은 회사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 전속 관할로 합니다. 다만 해외 거주 이용자의 경우, 해당 이용자가 속한 국가의 강행법규(소비자보호 관련 법령 등)가 본 조항보다 우선 적용될 수 있습니다.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. For disputes with users residing in Korea, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For users residing outside Korea, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence may take precedence over this provision.
