1. 결제 처리 1. Payment Processing
모든 결제는 Paddle(Merchant of Record)을 통해 처리되며, 결제 영수증은 Paddle 명의로 발행됩니다. 환불 처리 역시 Paddle 시스템을 통해 진행됩니다.
All payments are processed through Paddle (Merchant of Record), and payment receipts are issued under Paddle's name. Refunds are also processed through Paddle's system.
2. 환불 가능 조건 2. Refund Eligibility
결제 완료일로부터 7일 이내이고, 해당 채널 콘텐츠를 실질적으로 이용하지 않은 경우(로그인 후 유료 콘텐츠 열람 이력이 없는 경우) 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.
A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the payment date, provided the paid channel content has not been substantively used (i.e., there is no record of the user viewing paid content after logging in).
3. 환불 제한 3. Refund Restrictions
다음의 경우 환불이 제한되거나 이용 기간에 비례하여 부분 환불될 수 있습니다: 결제 후 7일이 경과한 경우, 유료 콘텐츠를 상당 부분 열람한 경우, 이용약관을 위반하여 이용이 제한된 경우.
Refunds may be limited or reduced to a pro-rated partial amount in the following cases: more than 7 days have passed since payment, a substantial portion of the paid content has been viewed, or access has been restricted due to a violation of the Terms of Service.

official@taerijay.com 또는 taerijay@gmail.com으로 결제 이메일, 결제일, 채널명을 포함하여 환불을 요청하시면 영업일 기준 5일 이내 처리 결과를 안내드립니다.
Send a refund request to official@taerijay.com or taerijay@gmail.com including your payment email, payment date, and channel name. We will inform you of the outcome within 5 business days.
5. 자동 갱신 없음 5. No Automatic Renewal
모든 요금제는 1회성 결제(12개월 단위)로, 자동 갱신되지 않습니다. 이용 기간 종료 시 재결제가 필요합니다.
All plans are one-time payments covering a 12-month period and do not renew automatically. Repurchase is required once the subscription period ends.
6. 유럽연합(EU) 거주 이용자의 철회권 6. Right of Withdrawal for EU Residents
유럽연합 및 유럽경제지역(EEA) 거주 이용자는 관련 소비자보호 법령에 따라 결제일로부터 14일 이내 별도의 사유 제시 없이 계약을 철회하고 환불을 받을 권리를 가질 수 있습니다. 다만 이용자가 결제 시 콘텐츠의 즉시 제공에 명시적으로 동의하고 이에 따라 철회권이 상실될 수 있음을 고지받은 경우에는 예외가 적용될 수 있습니다. EU 거주 이용자로서 철회권 행사를 원하시는 경우 아래 문의처로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다. 본 조항은 위 2~3항의 국내 환불 조건보다 EU 거주 이용자에게 유리한 범위 내에서 우선 적용됩니다.
Users residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA) may, under applicable consumer protection law, have the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund within 14 days of payment without giving any reason. However, an exception may apply where the user has expressly consented to immediate delivery of the content at the time of payment and has been informed that this consent results in the loss of the right of withdrawal. EU residents who wish to exercise this right of withdrawal should contact us using the details below. This section takes precedence over the domestic refund conditions in Sections 2–3 above to the extent it is more favorable to EU residents.
